Our story
Created in 1995, Fireborne was founded by Steve Burr based on his love of glassblowing studios, or “hot shops,” in the Pacific Northwest. Steve realized he could combine the best of two burgeoning worlds in Seattle — glass art and the high tech industry — to create custom awards that honor achievement and innovation in business.
Fireborne has an extensive history of pairing the right artist with the right project. We know firsthand how a beautiful piece of glass art can delight and motivate top performers.
Steve has retired and passed Fireborne to his daughter Ardis. Still proudly owned and operated in Seattle, the Burr family is dedicated to sourcing truly unforgettable business awards from top glassblowing studios in North America.
